The Nupro Freedom Outer Sheath is autoclavable and has been designed to comply with CDC guidelines for Infection Prevention. The Outer Sheath contains a fluid seal to isolate the inner module from patient contact.
The Outer Sheath is placed over the Nupro Freedom Inner module and a Nupro Freedom Disposable Prophy Angle is attached to the tip of the Outer Sheath. Traditional ISO style DPAs are not compatible.
